Using heat packs is relatively easy and simple. You can do it any time and at any place, whether work or home. All you need to do is microwave the heating pad for a minute or two, then apply it to where the pain is on your body for about 20 minutes. You can repeat this many times as you like. You can also use a neck heating pad for neck pains and sores as well. The design of the heating pack will be different but the concept is similar.
All in all, hot packs come in handy at all times and it is strongly recommended that you keep a couple of them with you in case pain emerges in your neck or back.
