"I purchased this as a gift and it arrived within 2 days. After my sister opened her package we all tested it. It held the heat for a good length of time. It was a tad heavy and had a slight smell from the flax seed but overall a great product. It gets 4 thumbs up!"

"I got one of these pillows when I was pregnant. I was having to go to the chiropractor at least once a week. My neck would go out and then I would get awful migraines. So when I got one of these pillows my neck felt so much better. It is meant for sleeping in a reclined position. However I sleep with it both reclining and flat. It is so comfy I even sleep on my side with it. It is the only pillow I take when I travel. This pillow has paid for itself with less chiropractor visits. I like this pillow so much that I got a a few more for friends for Christmas. I still use mine all the time even after baby was born.
So I got extra in case mine ever wares out. I have had my first one for almost a year. It does slightly loose shape over time, but It has a zipper so you can fluff it up again and you are good to go. "

"I want to thank you for the custom pillow you made for me. I have a long neck, and have never found a neck support travel pillow that is adequate. Also, a previous neck injury makes travel difficult for me. Now, with your neck rest pillow, I'm able to travel without pain. I have had used your pillow for several road trips. Its fantastic! I use it even when I'm awake in the car - - it allows my neck and head to relax against the support of the pillow, and the pillow absorbs much of the road vibrations. The pillow makes a trip so much more comfortable for me. On a recent trip, I forgot the pillow. When I discovered that, we turned around to go back and get it. That's how much I like it!! I also use the custom pillow when I sit in my recliner and watch TV or read a book. "I saw your pillow on Amazon and ordered the custom pillow for tall people. I have a long neck and so does my son (who is 6 feet 3 inches tall). After receiving the pillow, I used it in the car during our long car trip. My head was steady and I was able to relax when I was the passenger in a long car ride. The tall pillow worked well! I'm glad I bought the one for longer necks. Works way better than anything from Wal-Mart.

"My husband and I have both been using this shoulder warmer but in different ways. I am using it heated and he uses it cold. I love that it reaches areas that a conventional heating pad can't reach which is the top of my shoulders and the bottom of my neck area. The heat really does last quite awhile before I have to get up to reheat it again. Hubby has been using it too but he prefers it cold so we place it into the freezer for an hour and it does indeed remain cold for 2-3 hours. We are both getting relief from what ails us by using this product. I love that it is portable with no electric cords to get tangled in. This would make a fabulous product for those who are in wheel chairs, disabled, travelers, etc. I highly recommend that you check out this company and this wonderful product!"

"My long scrawny neck (just at 4’” in length) makes standard neck pillows (usually about 3” in length) useless. Custom made travel neck pillows are designed for folks who are tall (that’s not me) and/or folks with longer necks (that’s me!). My custom Sunshine Pillow neck pillow was made with this dynamic in mind. I didn’t select a neck pillow for the tradition use of travel (light weight polybeads), but instead got it for proper alignment and support while sequestered to the couch for back recovery...(the firm support from flax seeds)
I’ve had to keep my laptop on the couch armrest and in my lap in order to do school work and of course FaceBook, but most importantly blog…..all the pillow propping in the world hasn’t helped to give me any relief from my neck pain….in fact the book and lap top balancing act have only made it worse and I’ve had to spend more time taking breaks than actually getting my “work” done….hence the start of the homeopathic quest.
