"... We have a daughter; Laurie (<25 y.o.) who has been in a coma at home since 5/5/07. When we were first at the HarborView hospital, Laurie was so uncomfortable with the 'pillow' they gave her for a head injury. It pushed her head up and was made of hard foam. I made a cut-out of softer foam that circled her head & she loved it. But the hospital kept making her use the one for the injury. It even pushed her chin down & hurt her breathing. The hospital head injury pillow was a standard one-size-fits-all. But it was way too large for her. We did try the core pillow, but it wasn't really that good. In 2011, we purchased your ergonomic chiropractic neck pillow (size small/petite). And we found that your pillow is the very best. One thing I noticed with your pillow was that Laurie can lift her head on her own much more! I think that neck support (from the flexible yet hard column of chiropractic version) is so helpful in this! And she is super petite, the pillow fits her perfectly. She would just knock the other pillows off her bed but she likes your pillow.
